Age 79, of Cranberry Twp., passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2022 in her home, surrounded by loved ones. Joan was born on July 27, 1942, daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Westover) Gallaher. Beloved wife of the late Charles “Chuck” Hack; loving mother of Brad Hack (Staci) ;dear grandma of Krista, and Greggory Hack; great-grandma of Adalynn, and Benjamin. Joan is also survived by relatives and lifelong friends.
