Of Ross Twp., age 80, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021. Beloved wife of Joseph Amelio for 57 years; Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, Hugo and Barbara (Oblich) Kareis. Loving sister of Richard (Barbara) Kareis, Judith (Michael) Painter, Maureen (Thomas) Horner, Cheryl (David) Nixon, Kevin Kareis, Brian Kareis, and Lynne (Dale) Gensamer, the late Barbara (James) Haggerty, the late Marilyn (Robert) Wolf and the late Dorothy Kareis; Also survived by countless loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She will be forever in our hearts. Friends will be received Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Athanasius Church (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish) on Wednesday at 10AM.
