Charles M. Romano, 58, of Adams Township, passed away peacefully Monday, March 8, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Carol (Smith) Romano; loving father of Tracy (Garrick) Over and Samuel and Dawn Romano; proud PaPa of Dominic and Logan Over; brother of Palma, Joseph, Toni and Angelo; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Chuck worked as a plant operator for West View Water Authority for more than 25 years. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, 724-772-8800. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Kilian Church, 205 Clark St., Mars, PA 16046. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

Carol,Tracy,Sam,Dawn & Family…My heart goes out to all of you at this diffcult time. Hold on to & cherish your memories forever. Chuck fought a tough fight & was blessed to have all of you there with him for support. I don’t think I ever saw him without a smile on his face.
