Service: Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 AM at St. Sebastian Church, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
Raymond Sipe Bevington, 90, of Zelienople, passed away on June 18, 2025. Son of the late Donald and Johanna (Donovan) Bevington; brother of the late Anne Rishack (John) Tahey (Frank), Ellen Vitunic (Joseph), and Donald Bevington, Jr. (Alice); beloved uncle to 7 nieces and nephews, 20 great nieces and nephews, and many great-great nieces and nephews.
Raymond’s journey began in the U.S. Army, where he served as a medic during the Korean War. His commitment to service continued in the Air Force, where he honed his skills in IT. After his military career, he joined IBM and traveled the world, showcasing his expertise in the fast-paced world of computers. Later, he finished his career at Black Box in Pittsburgh, leaving a lasting legacy in the tech industry.
A proud veteran, Raymond was very active in the American Legion in Zelienople.
He was a brilliant man, talented artist, and smooth tenor with a keen Irish wit and will be dearly missed by many.
