Howell William Ray, Jr.

Age 96 of Edgewood PA, after a life well lived, passed away on Wednesday April 8, 2020. Bill was born November 19, 1923 to the late William Ray and Florence (Traynor) Howell. He was the Husband of the late Agnes Bridget (Carr) Howell; Loving Father of William Ray Howell III and Father in Law to Peggy Sullivan Howell; Proud Grandfather, affectionately known as Pop Pop, to Daniel Ray Howell and his Wife Kelly; Maggie Lear and her Husband Scott; William Ray Howell IV and his Wife Kellen; Great Grandfather to Rooney Ray Howell and Winnie Marie Howell; Bill is also survived by Niece Donna Vogel and her Husband Brian and Family and his longstanding loving companion of over 20 years Flora Rose Hope and her Family; Bill was a proud Marine serving his Country in World War II. He will be interred with full military honors at a later date at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
