VIDT, Warren A., of Cranberry Twp., on Friday, June 23, 2017. Beloved husband of 64 years to the late Edna Vidt; dear brother of Allyn R. Vidt, Dorothy Bash, and Jean Schomaker. Warren is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4, and 6 till time of service at 7:30 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp. Private Interment will take place Wednesday at Mt. Royal Cemetery.

Warren, what a guy! Imagine if the world was easy going and happy as he always was.
He taught so many of us how to water ski and have so much fun at a simple little camp in Hooker.
Mostly a quiet guy but always laughing, if he couldn’t fix it he always had his back up Butch who seemed could fix anything with a tree limb or a lighter and some tree sap. Hard to talk just about him as Edna was the biggest part of his life for 64 years. They were always together but shared their good times with everyone. They were like parents to Lori and I as they would joke here comes our kids, and like grandparents to our kids. They both will be missed forever but I know their legacy is imbedded deep within our family. Special thanks to Lois, Sharon, Diane, Aimee, Donna, Janet and everyone else who was there for him in his time of need.
