Thomas Welfer Jr., of Ross Township, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2008. Beloved husband of Kathleen (Ward) Welfer; loving father of Karen (Wallace) Rapp, Sharon Welfer, Thomas (Karen) Welfer III, Gary (Gina) Welfer, Kathy Klugonski and Jeff (Cara) Welfer; dear son of Gertrude (Myers) Welfer and the late Thomas Welfer; brother of Frank Welfer and the late Barbara Schultz; grandfather of Katie, Matthew, Andrew, Amanda, Kendra, Brooklyn and Jacob. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills.
