Age 84, of Ross Twp., passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, July 22, 2021. Husband of the late Kay E. (Hinkle); Loving father of Donna (Greg) Phillips of Georgia and Tom (Marilou) Williams; Proud grandfather of Shane and Sierra Phillips and Thomas John “TJ” and Daniel Williams; Brother of the late Richard Williams (survived by Rita) of Bakersfield, CA; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews relatives and friends. Services will be private. Tom served as a police officer with Bellevue Boro and was the proud owner of Williams Men’s Shop on Lincoln Avenue. Upon retirement, he dedicated his time to his favorite pastime golf and of course his family.
