Kreutzer (Jeff); brother of William Dugan (Claire), Jack Dugan (Elaine) and the late Dick Dugan and Nancy Smith; proud grandfather of Matt, Mike and Danny Green, Kelsey and Andrew Toplak, Nathan, Ben, Seth and Luke Kreutzer. Ted was an avid Pirate and Steeler fan. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills, where services will be held Wednesday 11 a.m.
