Age 47, of Cranberry Twp., unexpectedly on Sunday, May 20, 2012. Beloved wife for 28 years of Michael DeRiggi; loving and devoted mother of Sara (fiance Kevin Hart) and Victoria DeRiggi; daughter of Janet (Riddle) and the late Richard Burtch; sister of Lynda L. Burtch-Krivansky; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends, and other relatives. Friends received Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME in Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ferdinand Church on Thursday 10 a.m. Sue was a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America, and she was very active in Youth Ministry at St. Ferdinands.

I have known Susan since elememtary school at Rowan. She was a wonderful person.
I’m sorry to read about the loss of your loved one Susan. Death is like a thief that takes away our loved ones. The Bible at Phil 4:6,7 say that God has the Peace that excel all thought. May that Peace be with your family in your time of grief. May your Happy memories of Susan bring comfort to you.

To the DeRiggi family, our sympathies and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. She was known as “Ms. Sue” to my daughter, Courtney, while in girl scouts many years ago and was truly a genuine person who gave all she could. May “Ms. Sue” Rest in Peace with the Lord. The Slack Family
As a school nurse, Cele was my role model. She taught me so much. With the kids she was patient and loving but no nonsense. She was smart and funny and devout. Everyone respected her and loved her. What a classy lady! She will be sorely missed.
