Shirley (Morgan) Raymond
Age 96 of Cranberry Twp., formerly of McCandless Twp., passed away peacefully on January 21, 2023. Beloved wife of 64 years to Bernard Raymond, Jr. (Junce); loving mother of Scott Raymond (Rita) and Larry Raymond (Lynn); proud grandmother of Victoria, Wendy, Alec and Brandon, devoted sister of Jean (Arnum) Baker. Shirley grew-up in Altoona, PA, obtained an undergraduate degree from Westminster College, followed by graduate studies at Penn State and Duke. She devoted most of her time to caring for others and ensuring that all her loved ones were happy. She was selfless and resourceful in her ways, volunteered in her community, lived out her faith, enjoyed exploring the outdoors, and vacationing on the Georgian Bay in Canada.
Friends to be received at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., on March 3rd from 4-8PM. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at 11 AM March 4th at Northmont UP Church, 8169 Perry Hwy., Pgh., PA 15237. In lieu of flowers, send memorial contributions to Northmont United Presbyterian Church.
