    To Friends & Family,

I did not have the pleasure to have been taught by Sr. Marita. It is obvious that she was an accomplished individual and a dedicated educator. As a graduate of Greensburg Central Catholic, I am indebted to to all the wonderful sisters that I experienced during my journey as a student and those like Sister Marita who was representative of such fine standards and work-ethic. May God bless her and may her soul rest in peace.

    Most Sincerely,

    Dan Clougherty ’71

Please accept my sincere condolences. Many, many years ago, I smile as I recall Sister Marita teaching typing and shorthand at Greensburg Central Catholic HS. To this day, I still sit up straight with my feet flat on the floor while typing! She was a powerhouse in a very petite frame – and left a last impression on me and I’m sure many others! May God rest her soul!
