Russell H. Vogel was born on March 13, 1955 and passed away on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017. Russell was a resident of Citizens Care for the past 31 years. Son of Lorraine F. Vogel and the late Elmer J. Vogel. Loving brother of Lorraine (Jack) Darr, the late Mary Kaye Vogel, Michael (Karen) Vogel, Richard (Christine) Vogel, and Ginny (Richard) McCaw, proud uncle of Christopher Darr, Robert Darr, Michael Vogel, Richard McCaw and Pamela McCaw. Great uncle of Scott, Jordan and Makayla Walker.
Family and friends will be received on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy, North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 A.M at St. Teresa of Avila Parish. Interment will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery.
