Ronald R. Trapp, age 84, of Ross Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 26, 2018. Beloved husband for 61 years of Marilyn (Weeks); Loving father of Carol Trapp-Lorimer (James S.) and Carl Trapp; Proud grandfather of James M. Lorimer, Lance C. Lorimer, Travis R. Trapp, and Kimberly Edwards (Joel); Loving great-grandfather of Aubrey Edwards; Brother of Marian Molander; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Ron proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a musician, sailor, and singer in a barbershop quartet. Growing up in Michigan, he played several leading roles for his drama club in high school and was a successful participant on his high school swim team. Ron especially enjoyed working in his work shop.

Friends will be received on Saturday, May 5th from 10AM until time of service at 12PM at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 920 Perry Hwy. Pgh, PA 15229. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org) or the Organ Fund for St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
