Robert L. Shoup, of Economy Borough, died Thursday, March 31, 2011. He was the husband of the late Dorothy “Dotti” (Hartman) Shoup; father of Thomas J. Shoup (JoAnn), Diana L. Wagner (Glenn) and Jo Ann Shoup; brother of Sylvia Vild (Bill) and Warren “Zeke” Shoup (Shirley); and grandfather of Robby, Mandy and T.J. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, 724-772-8800, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Dear family of Bobby Shoup.
I’ve known Bob since he was a little shaver. His whole family was very friendly and dependable folk.I’ve been a friend of his sister Sylvia for years, and years.
I’m sorry that I did not get to the funeral home. My husband, Ray, has been ill and is in the Rehab at Mars now. To make things more interesting we are moving this month to the Passavant Retirement Community in Zelie. Hope all of you are at peace in having Bob join the church Triamphant. I will keep you and yours in my prayers.
