James Anthony Cappello, 71, of Shaler Township, died Tuesday, March 29, 2011. He was the beloved husband of 42 years to Regina “Jeanie” (Spehar) Cappello; father of Terri Lynn Cappello; nephew of Josephine Guarnaccia; brother-in-law of Thomas Spehar (Pat); also survived by many aunts, cousins and friends. James began working for Cardello Electric at the age of 12, doing odd jobs and errands for Nicholas J. Cardello Sr., the firm’s founder. During his tenure with Cardello, James served at various times as counter clerk, inside salesman, outside salesman and warehouse manager and was named Operation Vice President in 1993. James became President of Cardello Electric in 1993 until 2006. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon Saturday in Most Holy Name Church, Troy Hill.
