Of McCandless Twp., passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023. Born February 14, 1933, in Pittsburgh, PA. Son of the late Raymond and Stella McNulty. Husband of the late Roberta Lee (Lilly) McNulty; loving father of Richard S. McNulty, Jr. (Carol), Karen A. Frobe (Edward) and Robert S. McNulty; brother of Virginia Klug, Charles McNulty and the late Agnes Savka and Raymond McNulty; proud grandfather of Sean, Richard III, and Caitlyn McNulty; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Friends received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills where a Blessing Service will be held Thursday 11 a.m. in lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Lift for a Vet.
