What a great patriot and Pittsburgher! We met through Allied Orders of the G.A.R. We were honored that PCinC/Brother Orr, friend Alyssa, and her daughter Emily attended our memorial ceremony upon the Monongahela River. Likewise, when PA Allied orders of the G.A.R. was hosted in Cranberry Twp in western PA. Great presence and dedication at many banquets, commemorations, and restoration endeavors. He was inspiration for our Eagle Scout son. His Pittsburgh Soldiers and Sailors leadership and environmental health administration contributions have also enriched many lives. He will be greatly missed. Deepest condolences to all blessed to have known him. In Fraternity, Charity, and Loyalty, The Bill Walker’s
