Rebecca M. “Ruby” (Sutherland) Brown, 88, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008. Loving mother of Ruth Whitfill, Richard Brown and Kathryn Cinker; proud grandmother of Melody and Stacy Mackin; sister of Christine Woods. A memorial service wil be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., West View. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank.
