Age 91, of Laurel Gardens, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 10, 2023. Babe was born July 8, 1931, originally from Lawrenceville, and moved to the North Hills to raise her family. Wife of the late Jack Garvey; loving mother of Jack, Dan (Michele), Linda Garvey-Cancilla, and Tim ; grandmother of Nick (Leanne), Jennifer (Dan), Melanie (Kory), Bobby (Amber), and Lexie; great-grandmother of Aiden, Killian, Jack, Jesse, Faith and Adalyn. Beloved sister of Mary Kearney, and the late Dorothy Piontkowski, and Geroge Harlan.
Babe loved Bingos, bowling and enjoyed her younger years at Divine Providence. Most of all, she enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family enjoying life.
Friends received Tuesday 3-7 pm at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Athanasius Church, Wednesday at 10 am.
