Age 92, of Valencia, on Sunday, March 20, 2011. Beloved wife of Louis Schneider for 63 years; mother of Patricia Schneider Smith (Roger) of Summit, NJ, David L. Schneider (Mary Jane) of Pittsburgh; son-in-law William F. Lahner of Cedarburg, WI and the late Janet Schneider Lahner; grandmother of Colleen, Matthew and Tyler Smith, Patrick, Peter and Molly Schneider and Katherine Lahner Parker (Stephen); sister of the late P. Joseph Cordon. Friends received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial in St. John Neumann Church, Thursday at 10:00 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of your choice.

During this time of great sorrow, may it comfort you to know that others are deeply touched by your loss. I too know the pain of losing someone dear. Even though our hearts are broken, rest assure that our Grand Creator cares about you personally (1Peter5:7) and can help you through this difficult time.
Revelation 21:4 speaks of a time soon when God will do away with death forever. There will be no more sorrow, heartache, or pain. May your happy memories and sure scriptural hope comfort your hearts during this painful time.
The joy of Aunt Peg’s laugh, the the blessing of her meals–especially her great desserts–and the warmth of her presence are lifelong treasures. Now I hope she is laughing with those who love and cherish her in Heaven.
