Marie L. (Lippert) Smith, 94, of Ross, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Wife of the late John W. “Jack” Smith; mother of Paul Smith and the late Dr. Roger Smith; grandmother of Matthew Smith, of Virginia, and Brian Smith; also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces. Marie was a longtime kindergarten and elementary teacher in the North Hills School District, past member of Mellwood Presbyterian Church, Mellwood Women’s Club and North Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, where service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
