Edward S. Kimmel Sr., 90, of Gibsonia, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010. He was the beloved husband for 60 years of the late Annabelle (Dobson); proud and loving father of Sandra (Arthur) Griffiths, Karen (Mark) Glasgow and the late Edward S. Jr.; devoted grandfather of Lindsay and Julie Griffiths and Heather, Shannon and Justin Glasgow; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, 724-772-8800. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2771 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the LDS Church Welfare Fund, c/o Bishop Mark Nye, 1600 Valley Brooke Court, Wexford, PA 15090.
