Count your many blessings, stitch them one by one. Marianne McCabe (nee Jablonski, formerly Kelly) was peacefully reunited with her beloved husband Jay McCabe on April 28, 2018. Marianne lived a life full of blessings that she masterfully stitched together. A creative soul she spent the last years of her life mastering the craft of quilting. It was through quilting that she brought together the things she did throughout her life. Marianne always strove to make those around her feel loved.

She worked to bring people together and to help them find joy in themselves and those around them. She was the thread that brought together the pieces of her quilt- the people she knew and loved. Marianne is survived by her four children, Jacqueline Kelly (Daniel McHale), William Matt Kelly (Susan), Judy Acheson (Joe Cummings), Ryan (Michele) Kelly. Her nine beloved grandchildren, Liam and Fiona McHale, Arianna Kelly, Clayton and Poppy Acheson, Allie Cummings, Evan, Grant, and Logan Kelly will forever be warmed by her memory and will live a life enriched by the lessons of compassion that she taught them. Marianne is also survived by her beloved sisters Patricia Marsico (Sal) and Judy Hunt (Steve) both of whom brought much joy to her life, her cousin Pat Jablonski, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Sebastian Church, 311 Siebert Rd. Pgh, PA 15237 on Tuesday at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the World Wildlife Fund and Family Hospice of Pittsburgh. The World Wildlife Foundation was a special organization to her, and Family Hospice provided a peaceful ending to her five-year fight against breast cancer.
