Louise M. Cardille
Age 91, of McCandless Twp., passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Born March 14, 1930, daughter of the late Stephen and Louise (Rogala) Maras. Beloved wife of the late William Cardille; loving mother of Lori Cardille and Jim Rogal, William S., and Marea and Clark Johnson; dear grandma of Kate and Jake Rogal, Charlie and Cooper Johnson.

Louise was the guiding light, a beacon of hope who sent out love and laughter, and who received them back with a wide open heart and a spirit full of grace. She was a matriarch in every sense of the word. She learned to live life with a gentle touch, and she shared it abundantly with the people she loved. The life of everybody who entered Grandma Lou’s orbit was immeasurably enhanced. In the end how do we value a life? Above all, by the legacy of love left to those who loved her. Lou’s was a life well lived. Bravo mommy/grandma/lover of joy

Family and friends are welcome Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 2-5 pm at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 am at Sts. Martha and Mary Parish, St. Catherine of Sweden Church. Entombment will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Louise’s name to Good Samaritan Hospice.
