Louis C. Schneider
Age 88, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Denver CO, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Born January 19, 1933, son of the late Louis and Elizabeth (Berkley) Schneider. Beloved brother of Betty (Paul) Kreutzer; uncle of Karen (Tim) Bradley, Lynn (David) Hein, Kevin (Amy), and Craig (Karen); great-uncle of Tommy, Anyaleen, Maris, Andrew, Sutton, Connor, Alex, Cameron, Brendan, and Carlie.
Lou lived in Denver for 45 years, and returned to Pittsburgh for his final 9 years. He enjoyed hiking, skiing, and the outdoors, and had a refined appreciation for music, theatre, and the arts.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, St. Teresa of Avila Church at 10 am. Interment will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.
