Age 94, of McCandless Twp., passed away peacefully with her loving family on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Lois was born in Pittsburgh on January 30, 1932 to parents Mary Benic and Nicholas Dvorabic. She attended Shaler High School, where she was a majorette before graduating in 1950. Lois married Joe Curley in 1975, and they celebrated 37 years together, traveling the world and entertaining friends and family. Lois had a long professional career, mostly with PNC on Fifth Avenue. She began in the Trust Department, then in the Legal Department. Lois was an active member of St. Sebastian Parish where she attended daily Mass, volunteered for many activities and sang in the Choir. She also devoted many hours of volunteer work at Vincentian Home. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe, sisters Helen Graney, Margaret Skacan, and brother Donald Dvorabic. She is survived by her niece, Candace Skacan Brandt and husband Dave from Houston, Texas,their children Allison Brandt from Denver, Colorado, Jeffrey Brandt and his children Nathan and Avery, from Houston,Texas, nephew Ed Curley, wife Paula and children Katie, Connor and Ned, from Plymouth, Michigan, and niece Cathy Curley Boismeier, husband Jeff and their children Emma, Sara and Cali from Plymouth, Michigan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at 11AM in St. Sebastian Church (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish), 311 Siebert Rd., Pgh, PA 15237. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the music ministry program at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, 800 Avila Ct., Pgh, PA 15237.
