Linda Mary Lee Barr, 71 of Pittsburgh and Erie Pa left her physical body on 6th February 2026. Much loved mother of Laurel Lee Barr (Chris), Joseph Moran Barr III, and Thomas Robert Barr (Kassie). Adoring grandma of Kahurangi James Lee Barr Cormack, Te Pō Atarau William Creed Barr Cormack, Metta Lee Harrsen Barr, Willa Harro Harrsen Barr, and Charles Moran Harrsen Barr. Beloved Sister of Karen Ann Lee Stanley. Special friend and aunt to many, especially Carolyn Haney and Pennie Marcus. Prior wife of Joseph Barr and long time partner of Bruce Laird. Prior to retirement, Linda worked as a registered nurse in many places over the years and was deeply committed to caring for others. She loved long phone conversations, cuddling up with music and volunteering at her building’s food pantry. She was known for her kindness, compassion, and loving heart. In death, as in life, Linda helped others as an organ donor and would have encouraged others to consider doing the same. Celebration of Life Wednesday, February 11th at Spirit 242, 51 St. Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh from 4 to 8 PM. Arrangements handled by Devlin Funeral Home.
