Leroy R. “Lee” Markl, 91, of Ross, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008. Lee was the co-founder of Markl Supply, a longtime member of St. Teresa of Avila Church and its choir and a World War II Army veteran. Beloved husband of Lillian (Thomas) Markl. Loving father of Thomas L. Markl (Cricket), of Seattle, and Lee R. Markl (Terry), of Ohio Township. Brother of N. Michael Markl, Betty Derk, Ruth Kuhn and the late Joseph and Regis Markl. Dear grandfather of Jennifer, Jill, Lynn, Matthew, Christina, Lee and Peter. Great-grandfather of Nathan, Eli, Austin and Taylor. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, Ross. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1000 Avila Court.
