June Magrini Euler, 92, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Howard, to whom she was married for 67 years. June was the loving mother of Victoria Y. Huffman (Richard) and Michael H. Euler (Jean). She was also the devoted and doting grandmother of Melissa Mlecko (Peter), Erin Snyder (David), Evan Euler, and Jake Euler and great grandmother of Sophia Mlecko, Eli Snyder, Gabby Snyder, Grace Mlecko, and William Mlecko. In addition to her husband, June was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mary Magrini, brothers Victor Mackey and Elliott Bianchi, and sisters Modest McQuaide and Audrey Huwe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

June graduated from Millvale High School in 1944 and married Howard on June 4, 1947. She was a medical secretary and worked at the Richland Medical Center, Passavant Hospital, and in several physician’s offices in the Pittsburgh area. With her family, June enjoyed baking, candy making, gardening, bowling, camping, boating, and watching sports. She was a lifelong Pirates, Penguins, and Steelers fan. June never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion, and she loved the holidays. Her outdoor holiday displays were a delight for the entire neighborhood. June also spent countless hours attending dance recitals and performances, baseball and football games, and other family celebrations for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her family was always a top priority.

Howard once described June as the bravest and strongest person he ever knew. She was faced with many challenges in her life but met each one with incredible courage and great determination. She met every day with a positive and upbeat attitude and was loved by many who treasured her kindness, compassion, and generosity. She will be missed by all those that she loved so dearly and those who loved and cherished her.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 12-4 pm at Devlin Funeral Home Inc., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 am at St. Richards Church. Interment will follow in Holy Savior Cemetery.
