Of Ross Twp., on Tuesday December 21, 2021. Born November 23, 1933 in Pittsburgh, Pa. son of the late James and Anna Puskar; beloved husband of 63 years to Carol F. (Frank) Puskar; loving father of Jeffrey G. Puskar and Alice P. Kress (Doug); proud grandfather of John A. Walsh III. Joe had his own business – a professional land surveyor in the city of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. He was an honorary member of Highland Country Club. He loved the game of golf and enjoyed spending time teaching his grandson the game. Anybody that knew Joe always enjoyed his humor, his love of life, and his ability to believe that anything was possible. Friends received Monday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Devlin Funeral Home Inc.,806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, St Teresa of Avila Church Tuesday 10:00 a.m. in lieu of flowers memorial contributions to VAPHS, Mc118V-A, 1010 Delafield Rd, Pittsburgh, Pa 15239.
