Age 88, of Reserve Twp., on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Marlene E. (McAllister) Stamper; Loving father of Gerald M. Stamper, Sharon Yochum (Michael), Joseph E.Stamper, III (Lexi), James J. Stamper (the late Christine), Barbara Georgiadis (Bill), and Jeffrey J. Stamper. Proud grandfather of 10 and cherished great-grandfather of 10. Loving brother of James, Ronald and Richard Stamper; Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at Devlin Funeral Home, Inc. 806 Perry Hwy., Pgh, PA 15229 Services will be private. Joe was a presence, once you met him you couldn’t forget him. He loved hunting and fishing, especially at his camp in Tionesta. Although Joe loved mowing his lawn, his favorite past time was his grandchildren and he loved taking family vacations with them.
