Joe shared a devoted life with his wife, Anne Kaufman. Together, they traveled extensively throughout the United States and around the world, creating lasting memories that Anne will continue to cherish.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Kaufman, and his wife Alanna, and Stephen Kaufman, and his wife Meghan, as well as his grandchildren Emma, Lucy, Logan, Connor, Lily, and Caitlin Kaufman, who brought him happiness and pride.
Joe is also survived by his brother Jimmy Kaufman and his wife Jane, and nieces Lauren and Heather Kaufman (Adam Yee) along with many extended family members, friends, and neighbors who were fortunate to know him.
Joe was a proud US Army Veteran serving here in the States, Vietnam and Germany, and a graduate of Millvale High School and Pittsburgh Technical Institute.

Joe’s absence leaves a space that cannot be filled but the love and caring he shared with us remains.
