John F. Rylander, of the South Hills, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009. He was the father of June E. (George) Roderus, Susan L. (John) Stepchuk and Donna J. Hierta (Joe McClusky); brother of G. W. “Bill” Rylander and Edward Rylander; grandfather of Christine (Andy) Herb, M.D., Kathleen Roderus, John Herb and George M. Roderus; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friend of Dolly Romano.
