Jesse J. Hibbard of Bellevue passed away on December 20th of 2023. Son to Dorothy and the late James P Hibbard Sr., Brother to James P. Hibbard Jr., and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Hibbard, Uncle to Kaylee (Fox) Hibbard, Alayna (Logan) Hibbard, Jayme (Harley) Fox, James Adam Hibbard, Jordan Hibbard, and Jason (Maureen) Searight, Great Uncle to Noah Fox; Loving Nephew of Shirley Nolan, Tom and Elaine Hibbard.
Jesse really enjoyed Baseball, Hockey , Heavy metal and of course, Tattoos.
Friends will be received Friday 12/22/2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at DEVLIN Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Private funeral will be held Saturday.

Jesse was a wonderful awesome man and i will never forget him. Massive condolences to everyone in our family and friends grieving his loss.
I am so sorry for the family’s loss . I have known Jesse since I was a kid! I have so many happy memories with him growing up and reconnecting with him in my adulthood! He was the one that talked my parents into letting me get my first tattoo at 16. He will definitely be missed and I will never forget him !!! And now my first tattoo (the first of many) will remind me of him even more. My prayers and thoughts are with u .
