Service: Friends received Tuesday July 1, 2025 from 9 until time of service at 11 AM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Burial will take place Wednesday July 2, 2025 10AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
Jeffrey Eric Goerlich, 61, of Pittsburgh passed away at home on June 25th, 2025. Jeffrey was born on December 28th, 1963 in Mckeesport, PA to the late Carl and Flora Goerlich (Fowkes).
He is survived by his wife of 6 years, Mary Beth Goerlich; his daughters, Lauren Goerlich of Scranton PA, Emma (Justin) Hohner, along with their 2 children, Thatcher and Rosemary of Havre de Grace Maryland, and Kathryn Baez of Bel Air MD.
He is also survived by his siblings, Brian (Nancy) Michael Goerlich of OH, Charles (Lisa) Joseph Goerlich of Sacramento CA, Margie Fowkes of FL, and Stephanie Fowkes of Tampa FL.
He is also survived by 6 step children:
Grant Harmon of Cranberry, Sarah (Troy) Myers of SC, Nicholas (Jess) Harmon of Butler, Katelynn (Joshua) Sullivan of Kittanning, Becca Harmon of Butler, Isaac Victor of Butler, and numerous step-grandchildren and a step great grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl “Skip” and Flora Goerlich (Fowkes), a sister, Kimberly Winkles and a brother, Carl Edward Goerlich.
Jeffrey proudly served in the United States Air force as a Technical Sergeant. He was a proud veteran of 21 dedicated years. He continued his medical career as a sleep technician until his recent retirement. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his wife and was a member of the H.O.G. Chapter 2224. He was also a member of North Pittsburgh Corvette Club.
