James P. Maloney Jr., of McCandless, died Thursday, May 29, 2008. James was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Husband of the late Mary A. (Brown) Maloney. Father of Mary “Meg,” Barbara, Erin, Michael, John, Patrick and the late James P. III Maloney. Brother of Marianne Celli. Grandfather of James P. Maloney IV and Devon Watters. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, Ross. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Alexis Church.
