James DeFilippo, age 88, of Cranberry Twp, formerly of New Sewickley Twp., died peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2018. Born April 26, 1929, son of James, and Josephine (Toromina) DeFilippo. Mr. DeFilippo will be lovingly remembered for his love of golf, bowling, and Pittsburgh Sports.
Beloved husband of the late Norma J. (Agostini) DeFilippo, whom he married on Nov. 12, 1955. Loving father of James M. (Sherry) DeFilippo, Janet DeFilippo, and Beth (Kurt) Hackmann; dear grandpap of Jason (Diane) Casavale, Andrea DeFilippo, Kristen Casavale (Ryan) Aubuchon, Michael DeFilippo, Mia Hackmann, and the late James A. DeFilippo; great-grandpap of Luca James Casavale.
Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4, 6-8 at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 9:30 am at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Charles Bober. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
