Age 70 of Ross Twp. On Sunday July 3, 2016. Beloved husband of Cindy (Weber) Cillo. Loving father of Carolyn Oakes (Brian) and Mark Cillo. Dear grandfather of Riley and Collin Oakes. Son in law of Mary Margaret Weber. Jim was Constable for Ross Township for 38 years. He was a member of Local 66 Operating Engineers and former North Hills High School Bowling Coach. Visitation Wednesday 6-8 PM and Thursday 2-4, 6-8 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home, Inc. 806 Perry Hwy. North Hills. Mass of Christian burial in St. Sebastian Church, Friday at 10:00 AM. Contributions may be made to PA Cops, Box 162, East Berlin, Pa. 17316.

Dear Cindy, Carolyn, Mark and Family, My sincere sympathy to all of you on losing your dear loved one. I’m sure you’re overwhelmed now with everything going on.
