Heaven has gained a karaoke-singing angel! Helen, 84 of McCandless, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Beloved bride of the late Regis W. Metzler, Sr.; Loving mother of Diane Sullivan (Bill), of McCandless; Rege Jr., of McCandless; Denise Ryan (Don), of Hampton; Sheryn Fisher (Dan), of Economy, and the late Debbie Link (surviving spouse Jim). Much-loved Gramma of 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren (plus 2 more on the way!). Also survived by her brother and sisters, Barb Meyer, Lenny Sokolowski and Martha Tomko. When she wasn’t managing Metzler TV in West View for over 50 yrs, Helen was an enthusiastic karaoke singer and avid bingo player. The first one out on any dance floor, Helen was the life of every party and brought a joy to her friends and family that will be missed every day. Friends received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, Ross. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in St. Teresa of Avila Church.
