Age 93 of Franklin Park Borough, Pa., formerly of Weirton, WVA. Died on Thursday September 26, 2013. Wife of the late Noble Grant McClelland. Loving mother of Hazel Pruckner (Leonard) of Franklin Park and the late Barbara Lowry Jackson, Wayne Lowry, Noble Lee McClelland and Phillip Wade McClelland. Also survived by 8 grandchildren. Visitation Monday 6-8 PM at the T.B. Devlin Funeral Home 806 Perry Hwy. Pittsburgh, Pa. 15229. Mass of Christian Burial in St. John Neumann Church, Franklin Park Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
