Age 89 of Ross Twp., Died on 11-13-05 in Manor Care Nursing Home, Ross Twp. She was born in Pgh on 6-14-1916 daughter of the late Albert and Mary Schenk. Hazel was a homemaker.
Loving Mother of Leslie Jordano, Bonnie Scrip and her husband Gregg Jurecko and Nancy Pilcher and her husband Warwick. Grandmother of Lincoln and Morgan.
