Grace E. Jubok, age 96 of the North Side, passed away on Thursday Sept. 7, 2017. Daughter of the late Cecelia and John Jubok. Loving sister of Dorothy Prezikowski. Aunt of Connie Mockenhaupt and Debbie McCabe. Also survived by six great nieces and nephews and ten great great nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the staff at Wexford House for their excellent care.
Family will receive friends Saturday from 1 PM until 2:30 PM. A Blessing Service will be held at 1:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. North Hills.
