Gerard T. Dorn, Sr.
Age 98, of Ross Twp., passed away peacefully at home with Linda, the mother of his two grandchildren, who selflessly cared for him the last 9 years of his life, on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Jerry was the husband of the late Agnes (Barbage); Father of the late Gerard T. Dorn, Jr. (survived by Linda); Proud grandfather of Graeme Dorn and Amanda Faaborg (Daniel); Also survived by loving relatives, friends and neighbors; Friends will be received on Monday from 9-9:45AM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Teresa of Avila Church (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish) on Monday at 10AM. Jerry was a proud veteran of World War 2, where he was awarded a purple heart. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Perry Highland Women’s Association, 7225 Perrysville Ave., Pgh, PA 15202.
