On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, age 95, of Valencia, PA. Formerly of Franklin Park. Beloved wife of Lt. Colonel (ret.) Richard Holm and mother of Ingrid of Adams Township, Pa., Eric of McLean, Virginia and R. Walter of Menlo Park, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Thekla Vlahakis, one sister, Caroline Wissinger and two brothers, William and Walter Vlahakis. Georgia was a graduate of Edinboro University and the University of Pittsburgh. She taught elementary grades in the Mount Lebanon School District and the Department of Defence schools at Sembach Air Base, Germany. There will be no visitation and funeral services will be private. Interment will be at the National Cemetary of the Alleghenies. Memorial contributions may be made to the Northland Public Library, 300 Cumberland Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15237.
