George W. Dempsey, of Franklin Park, died Friday, June 16, 2006. He was an engineer for the U.S. Steel Corp. and an Air Force veteran. Beloved husband of Nancy M. (Bornscheuer) Dempsey. Loving father of Marcia Obrock, of Ohio; Carol Kellar, of Illinois; Dennis Dempsey, of Lancaster, and Colleen Bradley, of California. Brother of Gerard Dempsey and Rosemary Leary. Grandfather of Erika, Jessica, Paige, Cole, Eve and McKenzie. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, Ross. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. John Neumann Church. Contributions may be made to the St. John Neumann Building Fund.
