George (Kenneth) Codan, 72, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on January 28, 2026, at his home in West Mifflin, PA.
Ken Codan was born on March 23, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to George and Dorothy (Dott) Codan, both of whom preceded him in death. Known to family and friends as Ken or Kenny, he proudly served in the United States Air Force for four years during his twenties.
Ken will be remembered for his passion for collecting classic Marvel magazines and for the joy that hobby brought him throughout his life. He was the beloved older brother of his sister, Linda (Codan) Haizlett, and brother-in-law, Daniel Haizlett.
He is also fondly remembered by his niece, Brooke Moran (Michael); his nephew, Bradford Haizlett (Jennifer); his great-niece, Bailey Haizlett; and many cherished cousins on both sides of the family.
A military memorial service will be held at his burial site at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date with family.
