Of Economy Boro, on Tuesday, October 31, 2006; beloved husband of Elizabeth (George) Woodard; father of Frederick K. Woodard, Jr., Kimberly J. Bridge, and the late Patricia A. O’Donnell; also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends received Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Rd., 724-772-8800, where Blessing Service will be held Friday, 10 A.M. Fred was a WWII Veteran with the 8th Air Force from 1941-1946.
