Fred J. Matthews Kotrozo, 82, of Ross Township passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 3, 2023.

Loving husband of Kim (Devich) Matthews; son of the late Fritz and Helen Kotrozo; father of Joseph Kotrozo and Jeffrey (Kelly) Kotrozo; step-father of Nicole Poulos Sutter; grandfather of Cross Kotrozo and Chloe Kotrozo; step-grandfather of Douglas Sutter and Garrett Sutter; loving friend of Joyce Kotrozo; brother of James Kotrozo and Raymond Kotrozo; cousin of Cassie Kotrozo.

Fred is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Fred received his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University. He spent his entire 40 year career as an estate planner for Mutual of New York.

Fred was an avid Democrat, golfer, history buff; and traveler.

Friends will be received Sunday April 23 from 12 PM until 4 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy.
