Frank (Wayne) Price

October 21, 1939 - December 08, 2025

Visitation: Sunday, December 14, 2025 1-5 PM

Service: Monday, December 15, 2025 11 AM

Wayne, 86, of Cranberry Twp., PA, passed peacefully on December 8, 2025.

Wayne had a long, 40-year career with PNC Bank. He rose through the ranks from management trainee to become the bank’s youngest Vice President. He had the gift of financial acumen and the ability to see the big picture on any issue. He developed long-term relationships with many of his clients because he showed them the same caring, supportive attitude that he showed everyone in his personal life. But he did not identify himself through his work.

A sweet, gentle, caring man, his priority was his faith in God and living it out as an example for others. He quietly touched many lives. Those who knew him said, ”He did not speak often but when he did, you were ‘on the edge of your seat listening’ because it was something really good.” He also was well known for his keen sense of humor, his kindness and generosity as well as being a good listener.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rhonda Coast Price; his son, Gregg E. Price (Melissa Price) of Olney, MD; granddaughters, Kelly and Anna Price; his sister, Anne Loether of Mission Viejo, CA; Ellen Price of Silver Spring, MD, mother to son (Gregg); as well as many loving friends and relatives. Wayne was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Wurffell, also of Mission Viejo, CA.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday, December 14, from 1:00-5:00 pm at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 15, at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.

Donations in Wayne’s memory may be made to the Kingdom Builders project at Victory Family Church (21150 Rt. 19, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066  724-453-6200).

Jesus gave all He had by dying on the cross so that everyone who accepts Him as their Savior will go to heaven when they die. Kingdom Builders is our way of following His example, building His church around the world as well as here “at home” so that all may hear of His unconditional love and have eternal life. Kingdom Builders accomplishes His purpose through local church expansion, global missions, and raising up future Christian leaders.
